What is your policy for exchanges and returns?
You can exchange or return items within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached, unused, and undamaged.

To request an exchange or return, you can do so through your account or by contacting us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes, we will process your request. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

Note: Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they have their original tags intact, are unused, and undamaged. Return or exchange requests can only be made once. We will arrange reverse pickups for you.

How can I track my order status?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also track your order on our website using this number. If you are a member, you can also track your order in the orders section.

How soon will I receive my order after placing it?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days after being placed, depending on product availability and any unforeseen delays. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, with expedited shipping options available for faster delivery.
What steps should I take if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, we will provide a replacement or refund. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp at 9360229532 or email at support@elume.clothing, and we will respond promptly.

Note: A video showing the package opening with the damaged part clearly recorded is required for any replacement or refund requests.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on expanding our shipping to most countries worldwide.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can make online payments through our payment gateway using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. Cash on delivery is also available for orders up to ₹5,000.

Is there a shipping fee?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, enjoy exclusive member offers and discounts, and save your preferences.

How can I determine my correct size?

Refer to the size chart available on each product page to find your correct size.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Enter the coupon code at checkout in the designated field to apply your discount.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel your order from your account before it is shipped, or contact us on WhatsApp for cancellation. However, once the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel or modify it.

Is my personal information kept secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data and do not share it with third parties.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We cannot guarantee that an item will be restocked, so please check the store regularly and place your order before it's gone.

Do you operate a physical store?

No, we operate exclusively online.
